Verify all printer components are included in the package.
Choose a suitable, level surface with proper ventilation for the printer.
Maintain stable temperature and humidity, avoid direct sunlight.
Open the toner access door and leave it open.
Carefully remove the left side panel of the printer.
Connect the USB or parallel cable to the printer and computer.
Securely reattach the left side panel to the printer.
Remove toner from packaging and install it correctly into the printer.
