2. Insert an envelope into Tray 1, with the short edge leading into the printer and the flap
on the right side facing up. Make sure that the envelope is inserted far enough into the
printer for the paper feed mechanism to grab the envelope.
To print on envelopes from Tray 2
1. Open Tray 2 and slide out the extender fully. If Tray 2 is already loaded, remove any
paper or other print media from it.
2. Slide the side-width guides in Tray 2 outward until they are slightly wider than the
envelopes.
