Connect the USB cable to the computer and the device, and then turn on the device to continue the
installation and go to the HP Extended Capabilities dialog box.

If you select Install HP Extended capabilities, a dialog box appears two weeks after installing the
device inviting participation in the HP Product Survey Program.
If you select Do not install HP Extended capabilities, you are not invited to participate in the HP
Product Survey Program.
Click More Information to find out more about HP Extended Capabilities and the HP Product Survey
Program.
Click Next to go to the Setup Complete dialog box.
NOTE: If required, the installer updates the device firmware. This might take several minutes.
