Clean the pickup, feed, and separation rollers in the 3X500-sheet paper feeder
Remove the trays and locate the rollers in the feeder.
TIP: There is one set of rollers for each tray.

Pickup rollers (callout 1)

Feed rollers (callout 2)
●
Separation rollers (callout 3)
Remove any visible lint or dust from each of the rollers using compressed air or a clean lint-free cloth
moistened with warm water.
