quality printing, copying, and scanning with innovative fax solutions, including advanced fax options such as
FaxTel, private receive, and junk fax blocking (requires caller ID).

Effortless faxing
Effortlessly and reliably send and receive faxes at speeds of up to 33.6 kbps. Quickly dial frequently used
numbers with the device’s 120 fax number speed-dial capacity and five one-touch control panel buttons (plus
five additional selections using the Shift button). The built-in handset allows you to use your MFP as a phone and
FaxTel enables the device to monitor incoming calls, determine if a call is voice or fax, and ring to notify you of
voice calls. Never lose faxes again, even when there’s no paper or toner—the device stores up to 500 received
pages. Private receive securely stores faxes on the device until you’re ready to print them. Plus, reduce paper
waste and time handling unwanted faxes with the junk-fax blocker (requires caller ID).

Flexible paper handling
• The product includes a 250-sheet adjustable input tray, a 100-sheet face-down output bin, and a 10-sheet
priority input slot, so you won’t need to worry about removing your regular printing paper for special
projects, and your office will stay productive.
Offering the utmost in versatility, the input trays support paper (plain, preprinted, prepunched, bond, color,
letterhead, light, heavy, recycled, rough), envelopes, transparencies, labels, cardstock, and a variety of
weights and sizes, including weights up to 163 g/m

(43 lb) and sizes from 76 by 127 mm (3 by 5 inches)
to 216 by 356 mm (8.5 by 14 inches).
• The 30-sheet automatic document feeder (ADF) processes single-sheet and multi-page documents up to legal
size (A5), allowing unattended copying, faxing, and scanning, so that you won’t have to stand by the
device and handle every page. The ADF supports a variety of sizes, from 148 by 105 mm (5.83 by 4.13
inches) to 215.9 by 355.6 mm (8.5 by 14 inches).
Easy copying
The device may be used as a standalone, walk-up copier—you do not need to be connected to a computer to
make copies. You can adjust all copy settings at the control panel, including lightness/darkness of reproduction,
reduce or enlarge from 25 to 400 percent, or even produce 2-up and 4-up copies (multiple pages on a single
sheet of paper) to conserve resources. Plus, collated copy automatically sorts your copies for you, so you save
valuable time
Full-featured scanning
Archive and share your important business documents with the included Scan To software. You also get the
convenience and versatility of converting paper documents into editable electronic documents with Readiris PRO
Text Recognition software.
