View the fax trace report
A fax T.30 trace report has information that can help resolve fax transmission problems. If you call HP
for help in resolving these problems, print a T.30 trace report before you call.
1. On the control panel, press the Setup
button.
2. Select the Service menu.
3. Select the Fax Service option.
4. Select the Print T.30 Trace option. The product prints a fax trace report.
