Clear jams in the duplexer (dw models only)
A Jam in duplex area message displays on the product control panel.
1. Open the rear door.
2. Remove any jammed paper from the duplex area.
Use both hands to remove jammed paper to
avoid tearing the paper.
3. Close the rear door.
4. If the error message still displays on the control
panel, press OK to clear it.
