1 . Wireless direct printing is standard on the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M476nw and dw only.
This feature can be enabled with separate purchase and installation of the HP NFC/Wireless
1200w Mobile Print Accessory for the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M476dn. Mobile device
needs to be connected directly to the WiFi network of a wireless direct-capable printer prior
to printing. Depending on mobile device, an app or driver may also be required. Wireless
performance is dependent on physical environment and distance from the access point in
the printer.
2 . Touch-to-print capability is standard on the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M476 dw only. This
feature can be enabled with separate purchase and installation of the HP NFC/Wireless
1200w Mobile Print Accessory for the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M476dn and nw. Mobile
device must support near field communications–enabled printing. For a list of supported
devices, see http://www.hp.com/go/businessmobileprinting.
3 . Local printing requires mobile device and printer to be on the same wireless network or have
a direct wireless connection. Wireless performance is dependent on physical environment
and distance from access point. Wireless operations are compatible with 2.4 GHz operations
only. Remote printing requires an Internet connection to an HP web-connected printer. App
or software and HP ePrint account registration may also be required. Wireless broadband
use requires separately purchased service contract for mobile devices. Check with service
provider for coverage and availability in your area. See http://www.hp.com/go/
businessmobileprinting for more details. Mopria-certified devices adhere to a common
standard that enables easy mobile printing with little or no set up.
4 . Requires an Internet connection to the printer. Services may require registration. App
availability varies by country, language, and agreements. For details, see http://
www.hpconnected.com.
5 . Introductory cartridges: average continuous composite cyan/yellow/magenta cartridge yield
1,400 pages and average continuous black cartridge yield 1,400 pages. Actual yields vary
considerably based on images printed and other factors. For details see http://www.hp.com/
go/learnaboutsupplies
6 . Measured using ISO/IEC 24734, excludes first set of test documents. For more information
see http://www.hp.com/go/printerclaims. Exact speed varies depending on the system
configuration, software application, driver and document complexity.
7 . Based on standard ITU-T test image #1 at standard resolution. More complicated pages or
higher resolution will take longer and use more memory.
8 . Duty cycle is defined as the maximum number of pages per month of imaged output. This
value provides a comparison of product robustness in relation to other HP LaserJet or HP
Color LaserJet devices, and enables appropriate deployment of printers and MFPs to satisfy
the demands of connected individuals or groups.
9 . HP recommends that the number of printed pages per month be within the stated range for
optimum device performance, based on factors including supplies replacement intervals and
device life over an extended warranty period.
10 . Power requirements are based on the country/region where the printer is sold. Do not
convert operating voltages. This will damage the printer and void the product warranty.
