– Replace the cable assembly (part number RG1-0908-000CN).
• The laser scanner assembly is defective.

• Scanner subsystem problem.
If x=1: Scanner startup failure.
If x=2: Scanner rotation failure
– Switch the printer off and then back on.
If the error continues:
Check the cable from the DC controller to the laser scanner
assembly.
Replace the laser scanner assembly.
Replace the DC controller PCA.
