Clear jams in the toner-cartridge area
A Jam in cartridge area message displays on the product control panel.
NOTE: For the dw models, an animation showing the jam-clearing procedure displays on the control panel.
1. Lift the scanner assembly.
2. Open the top cover.
3. Remove the toner cartridge.
