3. Remove the expansion board from its protective packaging, handling it by the edges.
4. Install the expansion board.
a. Slide the expansion board into the selected slot, and then press it down to seat it
properly (1).
b. Slide the PCI slot cover retainer toward the slots covers (2).
c. Tighten the PCI slot cover retainer thumbscrew (3).
d. Connect the necessary cables to the board.
Refer to the documentation that came with the board.
5. Perform the post-installation procedure.
