EFFICIENT, time-saving scanning
The HP Scanjet N6350 Networked Document Flatbed Scanner efficiently completes scanning tasks with the
easy-to-use, task-based interface, task shortcuts, and dedicated scan and copy buttons. Adjust digital documents
and files with the automatic deskew, rotate, and crop functions. Convert documents into editable digital files.
Save scanned documents and images to a variety of locations and file types, including PDF, TIFF, JPEG, and
others.
Easily complete common scanning tasks
A shortcut navigation button on the scanner control panel saves time and makes it easy to select saved shortcuts.
Use the up and down arrow keys on the navigation button to scroll up or down to access different shortcuts
displayed on the two-line LCD. To select a specific shortcut, press the OK key.
The HP Scanjet N6350 scanner has two Quick Start buttons on the control panel for quick scanning startup—
simply press a button to begin scanning or copying. The Scan button starts a scan using the scanning software
shortcut assigned to the button. (See the Note on page 5.) The Copy button scans items and sends the scan to
an existing default printer to make a copy.
Note The computer must be powered on with an existing default printer selected to create a copy from a
scanned document or image.
Additional buttons automatically launch
specific tasks:
• Cancel—Cancels a scan or copy job
in progress.
• OK—Allows you to scroll through
and select options in the LCD (see
above).
• Back—Displays the previous menu on
the LCD.

The HP scanning software included with the HP Scanjet N6350 scanner allows you to create quick, easy
shortcuts for common scanning tasks. The software provides a single starting point for all scan capture tasks
from scanning documents and photos to film negatives and slides.
