Function Description:

The machine offers two main modes of operation: "Perforating cardboard" and "Padding cardboard." In the perforating mode, the machine creates a grid-like pattern on the cardboard, making it flexible and suitable for wrapping. In the padding mode, it produces a bulkier, cushioned material ideal for filling voids in packages and protecting fragile items. The operating speed can be adjusted across four levels using dedicated adjustment buttons, allowing users to optimize the output based on their specific needs and the type of cardboard being processed. The machine features an adjustable limit stop, which can be set to a fixed position for consistent results or moved for greater flexibility. For changing between perforating and padding modes, a lever system is used. In padding mode, a catch bolt is pulled, and a lever is moved upwards before feeding cardboard, then pushed downwards to engage the padding mechanism. The machine's castors can be locked, ensuring stability during operation. An optional built-in suction device is available to extract dust, improving the working environment. Maintenance Features:

For cleaning, the machine must be switched off and disconnected from the power supply. Only a soft cloth and a mild soap-water solution should be used, ensuring no water enters the equipment. The machine and its cable should be checked regularly for damage. In the event of damage or improper operation, the ProfiPack should be switched off and disconnected from the power supply. Service work is restricted to HSM customer service or authorized service engineers.
