Press Call + Menu + power button at the same time.
z To perform a hard reset
Warning! Your device will be set back to factory default settings. Please ensure any additional installed
programs and/or user data have been backed up before a hard reset is performed.
1. Power off the device.
2. Press and hold Home + Back Button then press Power Button.
3. Press Call Button to double confirm hardware reset.
