3 and 4 SFP interface

If the indicator blinks green, data is
being read from the USB disk.
If the indicator is red, the device
cannot be correctly connected to the
NMS or cannot be registered with
the NMS.
If the indicator blinks red, an error
occurs when configuration files are
being executed or data is being read
from the USB disk.
If the indicator is off, the USB disk
is not inserted, the USB interface
fails, or the indicator fails.
