To configure an individual interface, select the desired RIP
version and operation:
z
RIP Version 1: Class-based IP network.
z
RIP Version 2: Classless IP network.
z
Operation Active: Broadcast and listen to other RIP
enabled devices.
z
Operation Passive: Listen only.
1) Placing a check in the “Enabled” checkbox for the interface
to complete the configuration.
2) Click the <Apply> button to save the configuration.
3) To start/stop RIP for HG520, select the “Enabled/Disabled”
radio button for Global RIP Mode.
