Point-to-
point
mode
No pairing is
needed. A
secure
connection is
established
between two
NFC-enabled
devices. Data
transfer only
occurs across
the short
distance
between the
two devices.
l Both devices need to support NFC.
l During data transmission, both devices should
be kept within 10 cm (4 inches) of each other.
l Make sure your Phone screen is on and
unlocked.
l Your Phone can only receive App data but
cannot share it via NFC.
l Document transfer
l Quickly establishes a
connection between
devices (like
Bluetooth pairing or a
hotspot to share your
mobile data).
Read/
write
mode
Supports
reading and
writing NFC
tags.
l Cards and products must have support for
reading and writing NFC tags.
l If the NFC screen contains a switch for Read
and write/P2P, please enable it. Features may
vary depending on your carrier.
l Use recharging apps
to recharge both
physical and
emulated transit
cards.
l Check product
information
embedded in NFC
tags.
