Connect the new
SUN2000 to the system.
7. Log in to the SmartPVMS and navigate to the Device Management page to replace the SN of
the old SUN2000 with the SN of the new SUN2000. The historical data of the old SUN2000
will be inherited.
You can also manage devices on the SmartLogger WebUI. Log in to the SmartLogger WebUI as
Advanced User or Special User for the SmartLogger1000 or SmartLogger1000A, or as an
admin user for the SmartLogger3000. Choose Maintenance > Connect Device to connect the
new SUN2000 to the system.
