4. Remove the AC power cable. The SUN2000-
40KTL is used as an example.
3. Install the support bar and remove the AC
terminal cover.
1. Power off the SUN2000 to be replaced.
2. Open the maintenance compartment door.

If the AC terminal of the original inverter is a 3-pin terminal, use an M8 torque wrench to
remove the terminal.

If the AC terminal of the original inverter is a 4-pin terminal, use an M6 torque wrench to
remove the terminal.
5. Remove the DC connectors.
