Warnings and Precautions
To use the device properly and safely, read these wa rnings and precautions
caref ully a nd st rictly observe them durin g ope ration. Unless othe rwise
specied, the term "device" refe rs to the device and its accessories.
Basic Requirements

During stor age, transportation, and operation of the device, keep it
dry and prevent it from collidin g with other objects.

Do not dism antle the de vice. In case of any fau lt, conta ct an
authorized service center for as sistance or repair.

Without author ization, no organiza tion or individual can change the
mechanical, safety, or performance design of t he device.

When using the device, observe all applicable laws and regulations
and respect the legal rights of other people.
Environmental Requirements for U sing the Device
>
Before connecting and disconnecting cables, stop using the device,
and then disconnec t it from the p ower s upply. E nsure that y our
hands are dry during operation.
>
Keep the dev ice far from sources of heat and re, such as a heater
or a candle.
>
Kee p t he d evice far fr om e lectr onic appl iances th at g enera te
strong magnetic or electric elds, such as a microwave oven or a
refrigerator.
>
Place the device on a stable sur face.
>
Place the device in a cool and well-ventilated indoor area . Do not
expose the device to direct sunl ight.
>
Use the device in an area with a temperature ranging fr om 0° C to
40° C.
>
Do not place any object (such as a candle or a water container) on
the device. If any foreign object or liq uid ente rs the device, stop
using the de vice imme diately, powe r it off, remo ve all the cab les
connected to it, and then contac t an authorized service center.
>
During thundersto rms, powe r off the devi ce, and then r emove al l
the cables connected to it to prevent it from getting damaged due to
lightning strikes.
Precautions for Using Wireless D evices
>
When using the device, ens ure that the antenna of the device is at
least 20 cm away from all person s.
>
When using the device, ens ure that the antenna of the device is at

device, however, you can use it close to yo ur body.
>
The radio w aves ge nerated by the device may interfere with the

Do n ot take the dev ice into operating rooms, intensive care units
(ICUs), or coronary care units ( CCUs).
Areas with Inflammables and Explo sives
>
Do not use the device where inflammables or explosives are stored,
for example, in a gas station, oil depot, or chemical plant. Otherwise,
explosio ns or fires may occur. In ad dition, follow t he instru ctions
indicated in text or symbols.
>
Do not store or tr ansport the device in the same box as inflammable
liquids, gases, or explosives.
Accessory Requirements
>
Use only the access ories suppli ed or aut horized by the device
manufact urer. Otherw ise, the performanc e of the devic e may get

affected , the warranty for th e device or the laws and regulations
related to te lecommunications terminals may become null and void,
or an injury may occur.
>
Do no t use t he power adapter if its ca ble is damaged. Othe rwise,
electric shocks or res may occu r.
>
Ensure that the powe r adapter meets the specications ind icated on
the device nameplate.
>
For p luggable dev ice, the socket-outlet shall be installed near the
device and shall be easily acces sible.
Safety of Children
Keep the device and its accessories out of the reach of children. Ot herwise,
they may damage the device and its accessories by mistake, or they may
swallow the small components of the device, causing su ffocation or other
dangerous situations.
Maintenance
>
If the device is n ot us ed fo r a long time, power it off, and th en
remove all the cables connected to it.
>
If any exce ption occurs, for example , if the device emits any smoke
or unusual sound or smell, stop using t he device immediately, power
it o ff, remov e all the cabl es conne cted to it, an d then contact an
authorized service center.
>
If the device screen is broken by collid ing with hard objects, do not
touch or try to remove the broken part. In this case, stop using the
device i mmediately, and then contact an authorized se rvice center
in time.
Disposal and Recycling Informati on
This symbo l (or with out a soli d bar ) on the device , and /or o n its
packag ing, an d on its ba tteries where included, indicat es that the
devic e incl uding its el ectrical acces sories (e.g. headset, adap ter,
cable) and the batteries should not be disposed of as normal hous ehold
garbage. These ite ms should not be dispo sed as unsorted municipal waste
and should be handed over to a certie d collectio n point for recy cling or
proper disposal at the end of th eir life.
For more detailed information about the recycling of the device or batteries,
please contact your local city ofce, the househol d waste disposal service,
or the retail store where you pu rchased it/them.
Disposal of the device and batteries if included is subject to WEEE Directive
Recast (Directiv e 2012/19 /EU) and Battery Directive (Directi ve 2006/ 66/
EC). The purpose for separating WEEE and b atteries from other waste is
to m inimize the potential environment al impacts on hum an health of any
hazardous substances that may be present.

This dev ice is compl iant with th e REACH Regu lation [Regulation (EC) No
1907/2006] and RoH S Directive Recast (D irective 2011/65/E U). Batteries
where included are compliant with Battery Directiv e (Dire ctive 2 006/66/

EU Regulatory Conformance
This device should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20
