Limited Warranty
Subj ect t o the excl usions conta ined below, Huawei Technol ogies Co.,
Ltd. (her einafte r ref erred to as Hu awei) warra nts i ts ac cess termin als
(“Pr oducts” ) to b e fre e fr om de fects in materi als a nd w orkmans hip
under norma l cons umer u sage f or one year from the date of pur chase
of th e product ("Warranty period"). Du ring the warranty p eriod, a Huawei
aut hor ized s ervi ce par tne r s hal l r emed y defe cts in m ater ial s a nd
workmanship free of charge.
Special Notice:
(1) The warranty card shall be applicable only after being stamped by the
dealer.
(2) The warrant y card must be preserved in good conditi on and free of any
scratch or alteration.
(3) To claim such service for defects that are not included in the following
exclusion terms, the warranty card and the invoice that records the product
serial number shall be presented to a Huawei authorized service partner.
Exclusions:
In any of the following cases, the warranty card becomes unenforceable or
inapplicable without prior notic e:
(1) The d efects are ca used b y impr oper h andling in tr ansportat ion an d
assembly.
(2) T he defect s are caused b y the fact that the product i s dismant led or
altered by anyone that is not fr om a Huawei authorized service partner.
(3) The defects are caused by the fact that the product is used in a harsh
environment that is not suitable for the operation of the product.
(4) The defects are caused by any force majeure including but not limited to
re, earthquake, lightning and t sunami.
(5) The defects are caused by the fact that the produc t is used o r handled
improperly, roughly or not as instructed in th e applicable User Guide.
(6) The normal wear and tear, including but not limited to the no rmal wear
and tear of the shell and t he power module, shall not be cov ered by the
limited warranty.
(7) Th e warranty card is altered or illegibl e, or the product serial number
