The standard transmission is supplied with or without
the overdrive unit as optional equipment).
The standard transmission without overdrive utilizes
a overdrive adapter housing, case, and torque tube
and oil seal adapter for attachment to the torque tube. The transmis-
sion main shaft on the standard transmission is longer to compensate
for the overdrive main shaft and overdrive operating parts which are
not installed.
