Control Valve and Wand
Nozzle
Clogged: Clean clogged ports and nozzle orifice
with toothpick
Don’t use wire.
If it still won’t spray, flush entire discharge line.

Remove clamp at pump connection.
Cut old hose off pump.
Replacing the hose

Slide new clamps into hose.
Do not use lubricant on fittings
or hose.
Do not use any lubricant on fittings
or hose. Push new hose all the way
onto fitting protruding from pump and
sliding clamp down to 1/4” from edge
of hose. Fasten clamp securely. Push
other end onto hose fitting in shut-off
valve, all the way to hose stop. Tighten
clamp securely.
Caution! Be sure clamps on hose at shut-off valve and supply tube are tight. Failure to do so can result in SERIOUS INJURY
from forcible ejection of parts or high-pressure ejection of spray materials.
