STEPS:
1. Position the fork

against the neck frame as shown.
2. Put washer

and locknut

fully on Bolt

and insert down through fork
and neck assembly.
3. Install bottom washer
B
and locknut
E
.
4. Tighten both locknuts fully and securely.
5. Tighten both left and right bolts
F
securely.
6. Turn fork fully left to right to make sure it turns freely.
STEPS (remove clamps and bolts if needed

1. Put handlebars
A
into position as shown.
2. Make sure the brake wiring harness
B
is routed to the left side of handlebars
and the throttle wiring harness
C
is to the right side of handlebars.
3. Place two clamps
D
over handlebars so that clamps line up.
4. Install 4 bolts
E
evenly and securely so that handlebar does not move.
