Then, install bolt (11), washers (6), and nut (5) through spacer (10)
and tighten completely.
LEVELING AND TENSION
ADJUSTING INSTRUCTIONS:
Place level on rim (1) and adjust nut (20) until
level. Tighten nut (21) to set rim tension for
playing.
