Function Description:

The Hunter Low Profile LED ceiling fan is designed to provide comfort and performance in homes or offices. It offers both downdraft (counterclockwise rotation) for maximum cooling effect and updraft (clockwise rotation) for circulating warm air downward. The fan includes an integrated LED light kit for illumination. It is controlled by a remote, allowing users to adjust fan speed and light settings.

Usage Features:

Remote Control Operation:
- Fan ON/OFF: Press and quickly release the ON or OFF button on the remote.
- Fan Speed Adjustment: Slowly pull the fan pull-chain switch to select the desired speed (from high to off).
- Light ON/OFF: Press and quickly release the ON or OFF button on the remote. The light will come on at maximum brightness.
- Safe-Exit Mode: Pressing the Fan Off button for at least three seconds initiates Safe-Exit Mode. The lights will flash for visual confirmation, stay on at 50% brightness for 15 seconds, then dim and turn off completely after 30 seconds.
- Remote Pairing: If pairing is needed, turn fan power off and back on at the wall switch. Within 3 minutes, press and hold both the Fan OFF and Fan ON buttons for 4 seconds. Ensure other ceiling fans within range are turned off during pairing to prevent interference.
Reversing the Fan Direction:
- To change the direction of airflow (downdraft for cooling, updraft for warm air circulation), turn the fan off and let it come to a complete stop.
- Slide the reversing switch, located on the side of the fan, to the opposite position.
- Restart the fan.
Pull Chains: The fan includes separate pull chains for fan speed control and light fixture control (on and off).
Low Profile Design: The fan is designed with a low profile, making it suitable for rooms with lower ceilings.

Maintenance Features:

Cleaning: Use soft brushes or cloths to prevent scratching. Avoid cleaning products that may damage the finishes.
Battery Replacement: The remote control uses a CR2032 battery. To access the battery compartment, remove the small Phillips head screw securing the battery door. Install the new battery with the positive (+) side up.
Troubleshooting: The manual provides guidance for common issues such as the fan not working (check power, motor reversing switch, circuit breaker, blade freedom, wiring connections), excessive wobbling (check blade installation, hanger ball seating, use balancing kit), erratic remote control (check/replace battery), and remote only working close to the fan (replace battery).

- The warranty excludes labor costs, light bulbs (unless noted), remote control batteries, fans purchased outside the US, from unauthorized dealers, ordinary wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes, refurbished fans, and damage due to improper installation, misuse, abuse, or failure to follow instructions.
