Never use old or pre-use fluid or fluid that
has been left in an open container. Never use
fluid that has been stored for a long period
of time, as it may have absorbed moisture
from the air and will damage the braking
system.
Handle brake fluid with care. If brake fluid
is spattered or spilt onto plastic or painted
surfaces, wash it off immediately with warm
soapy water as it may corrode or damage the
surface.
The brake fluid is very corrosive. If it is accidentally ingested, spit it out and see a doctor
immediately. Avoid contact with your skin and eyes. If contacted, wash briskly with plenty of
water and see a doctor if necessary.

It is normal for the Brake Disc to be subject to wear. In order to ensure that the Brake System
can function properly and reliably, replace the disc i f i t is d a mage d o r extremely worn. The
wear limits of motorcycle Brake Disc is 3.5 mm, as marked on the Brake Disc.
WARNING
Do not immediately ride your motorcycle after you have just replaced the disc with a new one.
F i r s t y o u mu s t d e p r e s s and release the front Brake Lever several times until the Brake
Disc fits the Brake Calipers well and the front Brake Lever returns to its normal full, open
position after releasing each depression, with the correct free play.
[Brake System]
A pre-ride inspection must be performed on the following items before riding the motorcycle:
Check the fluid level in the Brake Fluid Reservoir.
Check the brake system for fluid leakage.
Check the Fluid Tubes and the Brake Fluid Reservoir for leaks or cracks.
Check for wear of the Brake Disk and ensure that it has not reached the wear limits.
Ensure the correct amount of free play in the brake lever.

The Disk Brakes are a critical part of your motorcycles operation and safety equipment.
Ensure that it is checked and serviced regularly. It is advisable to have your break system
checked regularly by and Authorized Hunter Dealer.
