● When torque is released, the displayed result will remain on the
screen. When the next application starts, the screwdriver will
automatically reset to zero. You can also press key to clear it
manually.
1. The force applied to the electronic screwdriver should be evenly
applied.
2. DO NOT OVERLOAD. Stop applying force immediately when the
sound and light alarms indicate the desired torque is reached.
Frequent overloading will affect the accuracy of the digital
screwdriver. Never exceed the maximum value for the driver.
3. When the charging is finished, the device should be
unplugged.
3. Backlight
Press the up key to turn on the backlight; Press the down key to
turn off the backlight.
4. Power off
Press and hold the key for 3 seconds to shutdown manually;
After 3 minutes of inactivity the device will automatically shutdown.
5. Charging
This digital screwdriver has a built-in lithium battery. When the
displayed battery icon is empty, use the special charging adapter
provided (Input AC 110-220V/50Hz; Output DC 5V) to charge. Plug
the DC end into the charging port (see Page 1) of the screwdriver.
The screen will automatically turn off during charging. To check
the charging status, press the key. The battery icon flashes when
charging. When the icon becomes a full charged battery without
flashing, the battery is fully charged. When charging is finished,
unplug the charging cable.
2. Track Mode
● In this mode, when torque is applied, the display shows the
current applied torque value. The value will drop to zero as the
torque is released.
● Track mode has the same audible and visual alarms as the
"Peak" mode, see previous page for details.
