Why my Husqvarna Chainsaw does not accelerate?
- RRyan WigginsSep 23, 2025
If your Husqvarna Chainsaw does not accelerate, try the following: * Adjust the L and H screws. * Check for blocked air filter, fuel tank vent or fuel filter. * Ensure the fuel line is not blocked or damaged. * Inspect the impulse channel for blockages. * Check for a loose cover on the carburettor pump side or a faulty pump diaphragm. * Look for leaks in the air intake hose and ensure the carburettor mounting bolts are tight. * Verify the needle valve isn't set too low and the metering system is correctly assembled. * Also, the needle valve assembly could be sticking or the diffuser jets may be faulty.
