Segment loss in your Husqvarna Cutter blade can occur if the blade is too hard for the material you're cutting; in that case, use a softer blade. Overheating, indicated by a blue color on the steel center, can also cause segment loss; ensure your water supply is adequate and not blocked. Twisting the saw during cutting, a worn blade bore, or rough handling during mounting or transport can also lead to segment loss. Always saw in a straight line and avoid rough handling of the diamond blade. Never transport the machine with the diamond blade mounted.
