Wheels and drive system
Dismantle the bearing pin (A) and remove
the lock (C).
Fit new springs and other parts in the
reverse order.
Use a hammer and a suitable mandrel to
push out the bearing pin (A).
The spring (B) will fall off and the lock (C)
can be removed.
When fi tting, keep the lock in place and
the bearing pin pushed about a 1/3 of the
way in.
Position the spring in place from behind
through the hole in the handlebar mount-
ing.
Make sure the spring is aligned correctly.
This should keep the lock pressed against
the connecting rod.
Push the bearing handle in completely
and fi t the other components.
