Assembly

Steering Wheel

Mount extension shaft and steering wheel. Ensure front wheels are aligned forward.

Extension Shaft

Install the steering column extension shaft and related components.

Install Seat

Secure the seat to the seat pan and connect the safety switch cable.

Adjust Seat

Adjust seat position for comfortable operation and full pedal reach.

Install Battery

Connect battery terminals correctly, ensuring positive terminal is connected first to prevent sparks.

Attach Hood Vent

Install the hood vent for proper airflow and engine cooling.

Functional Description

Positioning of Controls

Identify and understand the location and function of all operator controls on the tractor.

Light Switch

Controls the tractor's headlights. Allows turning lights on or off.

Throttle and Choke Control

Regulates engine speed and blade speed. Controls choke for cold starts and throttle for warm starts.

Clutch/Brake Pedal

Used for declutching, braking the tractor, and starting the engine.

Gear Shift Lever

Selects forward, neutral, or reverse gear for tractor operation.

Connection/Disconnection of the Cutting Unit

Engages or disengages the mower deck drive belt and blades for operation.

Quick Lifting/Lowering of the Cutting Unit

Adjusts the mower deck height for transport or clearing obstacles.

Ignition Lock

Controls engine start, run, and stop functions. Includes reverse operation system (ROS) setting.

Parking Brake

Engages the brake to secure the tractor when parked or stopped.

Before Starting

Filling Up

Use pure, unleaded petrol. Fill outdoors, do not smoke, and do not overfill the tank.

Oil Level

Check engine oil level before each run. Ensure it's between the markings. Use specified oil type.

Tire Air Pressure

Check tire pressure regularly. Ensure correct pressure for front and rear tires.

Driving

Starting of Motor

Ensure cutting unit is in transport position and clutch is disengaged before starting the engine.

Cold Motor

Push throttle control to end position choke for cold starts.

Warm Motor

Push throttle control halfway for warm starts, or fully for fast operation.

Switching Off the Engine

Disengage attachment clutch, move throttle to half/full speed, lift cutting unit, and turn ignition key to STOP.

Driving

Lower cutting unit, choose suitable speed for terrain, release brake/clutch pedal slowly.

Reverse Operation System (ROS)

System allows reverse operation with attachment engaged. Follow safety precautions.

Cutting Tips

Clear lawn of objects, mark obstacles, start with high cutting height, cut often, avoid wet grass.

Cutting Close to Obstacles

Use the left side of the machine to cut near trees and bushes. Blade cuts about 15mm inside the edge.

Maintenance, Adjustment and Storage

Warning

Disconnect spark plug wire before any service, inspection, or maintenance.

Cleaning

Clean entire machine, avoid high-pressure washers. Clean steering plate debris.

Pinch Points and Movable Parts

Avoid all pinch points and movable parts during maintenance and cleaning.

Engine Hood

Remove and reinstall the engine hood for access to components. Disconnect headlight wire.

Maintenance

Perform periodic maintenance for optimal performance. Check oil, fasteners, battery, air screen.

To Change Oil

Drain engine oil, replace oil drain plug. Do not overtighten.

Service Record

Log dates of completed regular service to track maintenance history.

Maintenance Schedule

Details recommended service intervals for various tasks like oil changes, filter replacement, and inspections.
