9. CLEARANCE BETWEEN UPPER LOOPER AND
LOWER LOOPER
CHECK
The clearance between upper looper and lower looper should be 0 - 0.10 mm. See ill.
ADJUSTMENT
1. Align point of upper looper (A) with back of upper end of lower looper by turning the
hand wheel towards you.
2. Loosen fixing screw (B) of the upper looper and adjust the clearance between upper
looper and lower looper. (0 - 0.10 mm).
3. Tighten screw (B).
C = Upper looper
