  If your Hydrofarm Chiller cycles on and off, it could be due to an incorrect voltage or frequency. Ensure you're using the correct power source. Also, the chiller might be in protection mode. First, verify that the water circulation is normal and that the fan is working correctly and the unit dissipates heat normally. If everything seems fine, wait for 3 minutes, and the unit should automatically turn on again.

  If your Hydrofarm Chiller's performance has decreased or there's no refrigeration, start by checking a few things. The air inlet or outlet might be clogged; if so, clean them with a brush or vacuum cleaner. Also, make sure the set temperature isn't higher than the aquarium water temperature. If it is, reset the temperature. If the fan is not working, return to place of purchase.
