SWIM SETTINGS SELECTION
When you enter the submenu system and select the “Swim Sengs” icon you can select the
following sengs.
1. WARM UP
2. COOLDOWN
3. STEP TIME
4. PREPARATION TIME
USER SETTINGS SELECTION
When you enter the submenu system and select the “User Sengs” icon you can select one of
the unused “User Names” and enter your name and weight depending on which unit of
measure you selected from the swim sengs menu.
