Why is my Hyper Tough AQ20019G overheating?

  Your Hyper Tough sander might be overheating due to several reasons. It could be that you are forcing the tool to work too fast, in which case you should allow the tool to work at its own pace. Another potential cause is a misaligned accessory; check and correct the alignment of the accessory to the fence and/or table. A dull or damaged accessory can also lead to overheating, so keep cutting accessories sharp and replace them as needed. Finally, blocked motor housing vents can cause overheating; wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and a NIOSH-approved dust mask/respirator while blowing dust out of the motor using compressed air.
