Usage Features
The Hyperax cargo carrier is designed for straightforward assembly and secure attachment to a vehicle's roof bars.
- Modular Design: The product comes in several part kits (Part kit 1, Part kit 2, Part kit 3, and D for the stretch net) for organized assembly.
- Universal Mounting System: The carrier utilizes U-bolts and T-bolts to accommodate various roof bar shapes and sizes, ensuring broad compatibility. Different U-bolt sizes (A, B, C) are provided to fit varying bar heights (H) and widths (W).
- U-bolt A: For H between 1-3/8" (35mm) and 1-3/4" (45mm)
- U-bolt B: For H between 1" (25mm) and 1-3/8" (35mm)
- U-bolt C: For H between 5/8" (15mm) and 1" (25mm)
- The maximum bar width (W) should be less than or equal to 3.5" (90 mm).
- Security Features: The mounting system includes a locking mechanism (indicated by "UNLOCK" and "LOCK" positions) to secure the carrier to the roof bars.
- Cargo Securing: A stretch net is included for securing general cargo. For specific items like long boards, additional straps (sold separately) are required. For boats, kayaks, and canoes, bow and stern tie-downs (sold separately) are essential for proper securing.
- Safety Warnings:
- The basket must be level when mounted.
- Basket position must be parallel to the car.
- Users must pay attention to the tailgate and antenna clearance.
- The load should be uniformly distributed with the lowest possible center of gravity and should not substantially extend beyond the loading surface.
- The speed driven must be suited to the load transported and official speed limits, with a recommended maximum speed of 80 mph (130 km/h) in the absence of specific limits.
- Off-road driving is not permitted when transporting any load.
Maintenance Features
Proper maintenance is crucial for the longevity and safe operation of the Hyperax cargo carrier.
- Regular Inspection: Users are advised to regularly check the attachment between the roof bars and the cargo carrier to ensure it is secure.
- Tightness Checks: Periodically check the tightness of all bolts and knobs to prevent loosening during use.
- Cleaning: The cargo carrier should be carefully cleaned and maintained, especially during winter months, to prevent damage from environmental factors.
- Damage Assessment: Periodically inspect the cargo carrier for any damage. Lost, damaged, or worn parts should be replaced promptly.
- Genuine Parts: Only original spare parts obtained from authorized dealers or the manufacturer should be used for replacements. Using non-original parts or making unauthorized modifications will void the manufacturer's warranty and liability.

Claims require proof of purchase, a description of the issue, close-up photos of the issue, photos of the entire product, and the product serial number.
