The VYPER 2.0 is a cutting-edge fitness and recovery device that combines pressure and vibration to enhance the body's overall performance. It is designed to improve recovery, flexibility, range of motion, and prevent injury, contributing to overall well-being. This device is suitable for people of all ages and sport levels.

Function Description:

The VYPER 2.0 works by delivering high-intensity and high-frequency vibration into the body, which, when combined with pressure, helps to keep the body's soft tissue (muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia) loose. This is essential for maintaining flexibility and range of motion. Unlike traditional foam rollers, the added vibration of the VYPER 2.0 elevates the experience, making it a powerful tool for warming up, recovering from training and competition, and improving movement.

Usage Features:

The VYPER 2.0 is engineered with user convenience and effectiveness in mind. It features a German-engineered dual zone roller, which includes both grooved and smooth sections, allowing for varied pressure and massage experiences. The device is equipped with a high-intensity vibrating core and digital circuitry control, offering three optimal speed settings to suit individual comfort levels and needs. LED speed indicator lights clearly display the selected vibration intensity.

To operate the device, after ensuring the Power Switch is in the ON position, the user presses the power button once for level one, twice for level two, and three times for level three. Pressing the power button again will turn the unit off. Blue LED lights indicate the corresponding power level. For safety and optimal use, the unit is programmed to turn off automatically after 10 minutes of continuous use. To continue, the user simply presses the power button again to the desired level.

The VYPER 2.0 is powered by a rechargeable long-life lithium-ion battery, providing over 2 hours of use per charge at level three, and even longer at lower levels. The device can be recharged at any battery level, and the unit will charge whether the Power Switch is in the ON or OFF position. In the ON position, LED lights illuminate to show the battery level and indicate active charging. It is recommended not to fully deplete the battery to the red LED level.

The device is versatile in its application, targeting various muscle groups for improved flexibility and recovery:

  • Feet: Stand with one foot on the ground and the other on the VYPER 2.0. Place the foot across the top of the device, apply pressure to the bottom of the foot, and slowly roll from toe to heel.
  • Calf/Ankle: Sit on the floor with legs straight, hands supporting weight behind. Place the VYPER 2.0 under calves and slowly roll up and down from knees to ankles.
  • Hamstring/Glutes: Sit on the floor with one leg straight and the other bent, hands supporting weight behind. Place the VYPER 2.0 under the hamstring and slowly roll up and down from knees to glutes. Switch legs.
  • Hip: Lie on your side with the VYPER 2.0 under your right hip. Brace abs and glutes for balance, then slowly roll down from hip to knee. Switch sides and repeat.
  • Back: Sit on the floor with the VYPER 2.0 on your lower back, hands supporting weight behind. Tighten abs and slowly bend knees to move the roller up your back, just below shoulder blades.
  • Shoulder/Arms: Lie on your side with the upper arm against the VYPER 2.0. Raise hips off the floor, supporting weight on arm and feet. Roll down from bicep to knee. Switch sides and repeat.
  • Quadriceps/Knee: Lie facedown on the floor and place the VYPER 2.0 under your hips. Lean on your right leg and roll up and down from hip to knee. Switch legs.

Maintenance Features:

To ensure the longevity and proper functioning of the VYPER 2.0, certain maintenance practices are recommended. The unit should be wiped with a towel or soft cloth to remove any moisture. It is crucial to keep the device away from heat sources, liquids, and children. For storage or travel, toggling the power switch to the OFF position is recommended as this isolates power from the circuitry. The VYPER 2.0 should not be immersed in water, and liquids should be kept away from ventilation ports, buttons, and the charging port. Users should not attempt to remove screws or disassemble the unit. It is also advised not to operate the device continuously for more than one hour; after one hour of use, allow the unit to rest for 30 minutes before re-using. The unit should be unplugged after charging or prior to use. The VYPER 2.0 should only be used with the provided, certified VYPER charger that includes the correct safety sensor for proper functionality.
