HANDLE BAR ASSEMBLY
Install the stem of the handle
bar into the Fork Tube.
HANDLE BAR ASSEMBLY
Make sure the stem is installed
below the Max Height mark.
Position parallel to the front wheel.
Tighten the stem bolt by using
a wrench.
Install the front wheel into
the fork of the scooter.
Insert the barrel end of the brake
cable in to the hole in the brake lever.
