This document serves as a multi-language user manual for the HyperMotion 54 and 66-inch trampolines, providing instructions for assembly, safety guidelines, and maintenance. The manual is available in Polish, English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish.
Function Description:
The HyperMotion trampolines are designed for domestic use, offering a fun and engaging bouncing experience for children aged 3 and above. These small trampolines are intended for indoor use and are not suitable for commercial purposes or performing acrobatic stunts due to their size. The primary function is to provide a safe recreational activity under adult supervision.
Important Technical Specifications:
- Sizes: Two available sizes: 54 inches (137 cm) and 66 inches (167 cm) in diameter.
- Minimum User Age: 3+ years.
- Maximum User Weight: 25 kg.
- User Capacity: Only one person may use the trampoline at a time to prevent accidents.
- Indoor Use Only: The trampoline is designed exclusively for indoor environments.
- Clearance: A minimum free space of 2 meters around the trampoline is required, free from obstacles like boulders, washing lines, or tree branches. Sufficient headroom is also necessary to avoid injury.
- Materials: The trampoline consists of a mat with an enclosure net, a frame pad with straps, frame tubes (with or without spring clips depending on size), bungee cords, V-poles, vertical poles, U-poles, steel bars, and various screw sets.
Usage Features:
- Adult Supervision: Constant adult supervision is mandatory, regardless of the user's skill level or age.
- Single User: Strictly enforced one-person-at-a-time rule to minimize accident risk.
- Safe Environment: The playing area must be clear of any interfering objects.
- Appropriate Attire: Users should wear soft-soled shoes or go barefoot. All accessories like watches and jewelry must be removed. Pockets should be emptied before use.
- Jumping Technique: Always jump in the middle of the mat. Somersaults are strictly prohibited due to the high risk of severe head and neck injuries, including paralysis or death.
- Breaks: Regular breaks are recommended to prevent fatigue and potential injuries from prolonged jumping.
- No Food or Drink: Eating or drinking while jumping is not allowed.
- No Sharp Objects: Users must not hold any sharp or fragile objects while playing.
- No Crawling Underneath: Crawling under the trampoline is forbidden.
- Frame Pad: The frame pad must always be attached and properly tied down before each use to cover the springs and frame.
- Condition Check: The trampoline should not be used if it is wet, dirty, damaged, or if any structural components (bent tubes, torn mat) are compromised.
- Wind Conditions: Do not use the trampoline in strong winds; move it indoors if necessary.
- Installation Surface: Trampolines cannot be installed on hard surfaces like concrete or asphalt.
Maintenance Features:
- Pre-Use Inspection: Before each use, all nuts and bolts should be checked for tightness and tightened if necessary. All spring joints must be intact and unable to move during play.
- Instruction Manual Retention: The instruction manual should be kept for future reference.
- Winter Storage: During winter, snow and low temperatures can damage the trampoline. Indoor storage is highly recommended to protect the product.
- Environmental Impact: Prolonged exposure to sunlight, rain, snow, and extreme temperatures will reduce the durability of the trampoline over time. Sunlight can also cause colored components like the mat and covers to fade.
- Cleaning: The trampoline should be wiped with a soft, damp cloth if it becomes dirty.
- Part Replacement: In case of needing replacement parts, customers are advised to contact Customer Happiness Executives, providing the order number, part number, required quantity, and relevant photos or video clips for efficient service.
- Assembly Tools: The assembly process requires the use of gloves, a Bungee Cord Loading Tool (#12), and a Screw Driver Set (#13). The owner or installer is responsible for any injuries incurred if these tools and safety measures are not used.
- Bungee Cord Installation: Special attention is given to the correct placement and adjustment of bungee balls to ensure they are close to the edge of the mat, not the frame, to prevent breakage or loosening during jumping. The manual provides step-by-step instructions and recommends searching for video tutorials for bungee cord installation.
- Screw Tightness: After assembly, all screws must be rechecked and tightened before the trampoline is used.
- Packaging Disposal: Keep bags and packaging away from children to avoid the risk of suffocation.
