The IR LED has not been
turned on automatically
when the product is
recording videos in the
dark.
The Night Vision feature is not
enabled.
Enable the Night Vision feature.
The product gives no
alert; the indicator does
not light up; the display
lightness is at the lowest
value.
The Silent Mode is enabled.
Disable the Silent Mode.
The product gives no
response to operations.
The system is crashed.
Press the
Audio Recording
key, the
Left
key, and the
Right
key
simultaneously to power off the product,
and then power on it again.
