Why is the IBC Air Handlers pump not energized?

  The pump might not be energized for several reasons. First, in the IBCconnect app, under Advanced Settings, ensure that Pump Enabled is set to "on". Also, in Basic Settings, confirm that Heat Mode is not set to "Heat Pump", as the AHU pump is not energized during Stage 1 heat pump heating to prevent interference with circulation. It will be energized at Stage 2 call for heat. Finally, check the AHU board for a blown 10A pump fuse.

  If your thermostat is showing a fault, it could be due to simultaneous heating and cooling calls. Ensure that the heating and cooling leads from the Nest thermostat are not crossed. Also, there is a known issue with some thermostat models over 3 years old where the backing plate allows a short, signaling an unintended call for cooling.

  If there is no fan RPM detected, check if the fan is turning or disconnected. Also, check the fuse. Use a meter to verify that 120V is present on the external connection to the board. If 10V is not coming from the fan, it is not receiving 120V. Check the 10V signal on the web app.
