These are the codes used for the ff parameter

13 Name (version 1)
Version 1.0 Aamva licenses do not have separate elds for rst and
last names. Only one eld is used (eld # 13 above) which includes
both the last and rst names. Qscan automatically parses the Version
1.0 “name” eld into a rst and last name, however the parsing is
contingent upon the eld being encoded properly on the license. If
you will be reading only version 1.0 licenses, then the Name (eld
#13) eld can be used.
