PDU power
__ 1. Remove power from the 3931 by doing one of the following:
• Removing the power source
• Shutting the wall breakers
• Removing the power cords from the PDUs.
__ 2. If the system does not power off, see 3931 Service Guide, GC28-7018 to troubleshoot the problem.
BPA power
__ 1. Remove power from the 3931 by doing one of the following:
• Removing the power source
• Shutting the wall breakers
• Removing the power cords from the BPAs.
__ 2. If the system does not power off, see 3931 Service Guide, GC28-7018 to begin troubleshooting the
problem.
