3. When the IBM service representative arrives to install the earthquake resistance
kit, provide the other fastener parts (▌2▐) in Figure 24 on page 152 so that the
representative can use these parts secure the load plates onto the floor.
Seismic (earthquake) resistance:
Seismic qualification testing was conducted on the IBM DS8880 Disk Storage
Subsystem to meet ICC-ES AC-156 requirements.
Table 76 includes the seismic test parameters and definitions.
