The

uses
either
cut
forms
or
continuous
(fan-fold)
single-copy
or
multiple-copy
(up
to
four-part)
forms.

an
original
and
three
copies

can
be
from
76.2 mm

to
279.4 mm (11

wide
and
not
less
than
76.2 mm

long.
If
your
forms
length
is 304.8
