returns the current number of all active user tasks.
name4
The name of a 4-byte location that is to receive the current number of
active user tasks, expressed as a binary value.
(Rn) A register to receive the current number of active user tasks, expressed
as a binary value.
MXT_LIMIT(name4 | (Rn))
returns the current number of the MXT parameter.
