WARTUNG UND PFLEGE
Bitte geben Sie bei nachlassender
Schneidleistung oder störenden Lauf-
geräuschen Öl über die gesamte Breite
des Schneidwerkes (Spezialöl vom Her-
steller lieferbar - siehe Zubehör).
Von Zeit zu Zeit den Auslaufbereich des
Schneidwerkes säubern. Dazu unbe-
dingt Netzstecker ziehen!
MÖGLICHE STÖRUNGEN
•
Maschine läuft nicht an! Kontrollieren
Sie folgende Punkte: Netzstecker ein-
gesteckt? Schalter in Position I ? Sack
voll? Türe offen?
•
Maschine schaltet nicht mehr ab! Rei-
nigen Sie mit einem Pinsel oder ähnli-
chem die Lichtschranke
D
(nur bei
IDEAL 2601/3802).
•
Maschine schaltet nach längerer Bela-
stung ab! Der thermische Motorschutz-
schalter verhindert eine Überlastung.
Er gibt nach kurzer Abkühlphase die
Stromzufuhr wieder frei .
Trifft keiner dieser Punkte zu, so ver-
ständigen Sie bitte unseren Kunden-
dienst.
ENTRETIEN
Une réduction de la capacité et une
augmentation du bruit indiquent que le
bloc de coupe doit être lubrifié. Déposer
plusieurs filets d'huile sur une feuille de
papier et l'introduire dans le destructeur
(huile spéciale IDEAL - voir accessoires).
Nettoyer de temps en temps la sortie du
bloc de coupe. Retirer impérativement
la prise de courant!
INCIDENTS EVENTUELS
•
La machine ne fonctionne pas! Vérifier
les points suivants: Prise de courant?
Interrupteur sur position I? Sac plein?
Porte ouverte?
•
La machine fonctionne en continu!
Dépoussiérer la cellule

à l'aide d'un
pinceau (uniquement sur les modèles
IDEAL 2601/3802).
•
La machine s'arrête après une utilisa-
tion prolongée! Une protection ther-
mique a interrompu l'alimentation du
moteur. Après une courte période de
refroidissement, la machine sera de
nouveau prête à fonctionner.
Si le fonctionnement reste défectueux,
après ces vérifications, veuillez avertir
le SAV.
MAINTENANCE
In case of declining shredding capacity
or disturbing noises from shredding head
please oil the entire length of the cutting
head (A special oil for this purpose is
available from the manufacturer - see
accessories).
From time to time the paper outlet on the
underside of the machine head should
be cleaned. Please pull the plug out of
the wall socket before this operation!
POSSIBLE MALFUNCTIONS
•
The machine will not start! Please check
the following points: Machine is plugged
in? Switch is in position I? Bag full?
Door open?
•
Machine does not stop! Clean the pho-
to cell

with a brush or something si-
milar (IDEAL 2601/3802 only).
•
Machine stops after being used for a
long period of time! The thermal mo-
tor protection switch prevents possible
overheating. After a short cooling down
period, the power supply will be auto-
matically re-established.
If none of these points are applicable,
contact your dealer.
