Tamarind extract, Salt ,oil.
Slit the brinjal lengthwise
and scoop out the pulp,
stuff the brinjal with the
filling and then cook it

brinjal.

Cardamom- 2 no
Salt to taste
cuminseed- 1tsp
Oil- 2 tsp)
Mix all the ingredients and
cook by selecting the
bharawan potato
programme.

Chop onions, garlic,
ginger, coriander and the
