Cooking Method:
1. Whisk together chickpea flour,
garlic, cumin, red pepper flakes
and ½ broth until blended and
smooth In a microwave safe mug.
2. Whisk in the remaining broth
until blended.
3. Keep the mug in the
microwave oven, Select the
menu, and press START.
4. Upon beep, Whisk and add the
boiled chicken, which is
shredded.
5. Keep the mug in the
microwave oven, and press
START.
6. Upon beep, Remove the mug
from t
he microwave oven, Whisk
in the lemon zest and juice,
season with salt and pepper and
drizzle olive oil on top.
